Your initial consult is a thorough, unhurried conversation about your health. Symptoms, history, nutrition, lifestyle, and what's actually been going on beneath the surface. From there, you receive a tailored Health Plan with clear goals, testing recommendations where relevant, and a bespoke herbal and nutritional prescription to order.
Return consults are where the real shifts happen. We review your progress, interpret any testing results, and refine your protocol as your body responds. Each session builds on the last; adjusting, layering, and moving you closer to how you actually want to feel.
Naturopathy works in layers. A minimum of 3 sessions is recommended for lasting results.
